(一)A New Blue Ocean for Golden Nuggets: Practical Cross-Border Strategies with TikTok

Under the theme "Tapping into the New Blue Ocean: Practical Cross-Border Operations on TikTok," Professor Deng systematically outlined the three key stages of launching a cross-border e-commerce business on TikTok.

• Initial phase (1-2 months): Focus on compliance, prioritizing markets and product categories that are familiar to you and have established resource reserves.

• Cold-start phase (3–4 months): Focus on creating high-quality products, developing engaging content, and building a strong team to achieve viral traffic breakthroughs. Carefully select appropriate store formats and account strategies, while prioritizing logistics efficiency and overseas warehouse infrastructure.

• Volume expansion phase (5–6 months): Focus on establishing content SOPs, managing influencer assets, and leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency.

Advanced advertising delivery and supply chain optimization drive scalable growth.

Professor Deng emphasized that product selection is key to success, recommending the preparation of approximately 300 products for small-batch, multi-SKU testing, while continuously refining selling points, targeting the right audience, and optimizing content distribution.
