At the meeting, Dianyue Company proposed a comprehensive construction plan for the entire experimental building floor, integrating its own construction experience with the management college's development requirements. The plan initially divides the space into seven functional zones:

(1)Digital and Intelligent Commerce Culture Exhibition Hall

The platform showcases content related to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and academic institutions, featuring AI-powered digital coaches, live streaming terminals, VR/AR devices, and enterprise operation simulation sand tables, supporting collaboration across multiple roles and positions.

(2)AI New Business Science Industry-Education Integration Training Center

The system encompasses modules including AI-driven big data product selection, AIGC-powered brand marketing, omnimedia digital human live streaming, AI-powered e-commerce operations, AI customer service, intelligent logistics and supply chain management, as well as data analysis and decision-making.

(3)Smart Learning Area

Meet daily teaching needs.

(4)Joint Training Center for Data Insights and Business Analysis

Focus on developing capabilities in data analysis and business decision-making.

(5)School-Enterprise Collaborative Practical Workshop

Set up office areas, discussion forums, and meeting rooms to support practical school-enterprise projects.

(6)Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Zone

Ideal for practical projects, entrepreneurial ventures, academic competitions, external training programs, conferences, and more.

(7)Greater Bay Area Special Industry Intelligent Research Center

Integrates exhibition halls, research facilities, and conference rooms into one space.

During the discussion, the college proposed optimization suggestions tailored to the application focus and practical needs of its Master's program in International Business. It emphasized that the plan should highlight the central theme of "Cross-border E-commerce and Business Intelligence," enhance the scientific rigor and practicality of functional descriptions, avoid redundant design elements, optimize spatial utilization, and consider phased implementation with reserved flexibility for future expansion. Dianyue Company responded positively, pledging to integrate and streamline functional zones based on the college's recommendations, eliminate unnecessary components, strengthen scenario-based presentations, and ensure the plan effectively supports both the master's program application and daily teaching operations as well as future development prospects.

2. Epilogue

This exchange has clarified the direction for the construction of practical training laboratories in the School of Management, and laid a solid foundation for deepening industry-education integration and enhancing the quality of talent cultivation. Moving forward, the school will continue to optimize and implement the proposed plan.
