On the morning of November 6, 2025, Vice President Chen Hanxuan of Hong Kong Chu Hai College led a delegation to visit our university for a friendly exchange. Vice President Liang Jiaxi of our university, along with relevant leaders from the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation and the Academic Affairs Office, received the visiting delegation.

On the same morning, the two universities held formal cooperation talks in Conference Room 4 of the Administrative Building of Guangdong Peizheng College. At the beginning of the meeting, the host first introduced the participants from both sides. Subsequently, Director Li Xiuchen of our university's Office of International Exchange and Cooperation gave a brief introduction regarding the university's development history, educational philosophy, distinctive characteristics, and achievements in international cooperation.
Following the introduction, Vice President Liang delivered a speech. He stated that our university places high importance on international exchange and cooperation and expressed the hope that this meeting would serve as an opportunity to further deepen the friendship between us two institutions and promote substantive cooperation in areas such as faculty and student exchanges, academic collaboration, and "Bachelor's to Master's" articulation programs, creating a new win-win situation.
Next, the representative from Hong Kong Chu Hai College played a promotional video for the attendees, comprehensively showcasing the college's distinctive features and developmental achievements. As an institution of higher learning with a history of nearly 80 years, Hong Kong Chu Hai College actively expands its international cooperation network, having established extensive cooperative relationships with universities in multiple ASEAN countries, mainland institutions, and internationally renowned universities such as West Flanders University of Applied Sciences and Paris School of Business. The college also maintains close collaboration with the Hong Kong Construction Industry Council, continuously promoting the deep integration of academic resources and industry frontiers through organizing high-end seminars, helping students expand their global perspectives.
During the subsequent discussion session, representatives from both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges concerning future cooperation directions, modes of cooperation, and the implementation of specific projects. They focused on exploring the feasibility of collaboration in projects such as master's student recommendation for exemption from entrance exams and "2+2" joint training programs, and fully communicated regarding the details of cooperation. Both universities agreed that strengthening international exchange and cooperation is an important pathway to enhancing educational quality and cultivating international talents. Both sides should fully leverage their respective resource advantages to carry out substantive cooperation in the fields of education and teaching, scientific research, and cultural exchange, jointly promoting the high-quality development of both institutions' educational endeavors.
At the conclusion of the meeting, representatives from both sides exchanged commemorative gifts and took a group photo. Subsequently, the delegation toured our university's campus environment, teaching facilities, and library. The guests highly praised our university's beautiful campus landscape, advanced teaching equipment, and strong academic atmosphere.

This exchange further consolidated the friendly relationship between Guangdong Peizheng College and Hong Kong Chu Hai College, laying a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation between the two institutions in multiple fields.
