Overview of Experimental and Training Platforms:
The School of Accounting places great emphasis on the development of practical teaching facilities. During the 2022–2023 academic year, five new laboratory projects were approved and two existing labs were upgraded or renovated. Currently, the school operates eight specialized training laboratories and one AI-powered intelligent financial and tax accounting center, with total investment exceeding 15 million yuan, establishing a relatively comprehensive system for practical education.
The school is fully advancing the deep integration of information technology with teaching and education. All faculty members complete course resource development each semester via the Chaoxing Learning Platform, enabling blended online-offline instruction. The construction and utilization rate of the online learning platform exceeds 95%. Students can use the platform to carry out the entire learning process, including pre-class preparation, in-class study, and post-class reinforcement.
1. Interdisciplinary Business Simulation Training Lab (C501)
The Interdisciplinary Business Simulation Training Lab primarily serves students majoring in economics and management-related fields, offering experimental courses such as interdisciplinary business simulation training and ERP simulation sandtable exercises. This lab highly replicates the internal and external operating environments of modern manufacturing and service industries. Centered around manufacturing enterprises, it simulates real-world business scenarios within virtual market, commercial, governmental, and public service environments. Through systematic simulations of typical organizations, departments, and job roles in actual business settings, students gain immersive, hands-on experience in enterprise operations.
"Interdisciplinary Business Simulation Training" is a specialized practical course for economics and management majors. By combining offline hands-on practice with online software operations, this course creates a simulated business environment that further enhances students’ practical skills in analyzing and solving operational and managerial problems, strengthens their comprehensive decision-making abilities, and fosters innovation, teamwork, and communication skills.
In addition to comprehensive business simulation training, this lab also supports basic vocational skill training for majors in human resources management, logistics management, and accounting. Training includes, but is not limited to, company policy formulation, recruitment and talent assessment, employee compensation management, inventory control, logistics and distribution management, accounting voucher preparation and review, and financial statement preparation. These activities help students understand and become familiar with the work content and characteristics of various organizations and professional roles in today’s business society, thereby improving their ability to apply professional knowledge and handle business tasks effectively.

2. Integrated Business and Finance Training Room (C503)
The Integrated Business and Finance Training Room is a comprehensive practical teaching platform that integrates business operations with financial management. Based on real enterprise operational data, the training room reconstructs key business processes—production, procurement, sales, inventory, and finance—as well as job scenarios and responsibilities. Utilizing virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies, it enables seamless interaction among information flows, cash flows, logistics, commercial flows, and document flows across different scenarios. This allows students to experience firsthand the organizational structure and internal framework of enterprises, understand how different business characteristics require distinct processing models, and gain early exposure to process reengineering and data implementation in integrated business-finance systems. The training environment encourages students to deepen their understanding of business-finance integration and professional competencies, thereby enhancing their overall ability to handle integrated business and financial tasks.
The training room is equipped with the Kingdee Cloud Starry Sky simulation platform and features anonymized case studies from typical enterprises, providing highly realistic simulations of integrated business operations and financial control. It enables real-time synchronization and deep integration of business and financial data. From a financial perspective, it analyzes enterprise operations, allowing students to move beyond isolated financial scenarios and engage in in-depth, domain-specific learning of integrated business-finance information systems.
The training room primarily supports practical teaching for multiple courses related to business-finance integration, including "Accounting Information Systems," "Management Accounting Practice," and "Financial Big Data Analysis and Decision-Making," as well as meets the requirements for relevant academic competitions. Designed with group-based learning in mind, the room includes 60 student computers and three Seewo smart interactive screens, enabling multimedia instruction and real-time recording and broadcasting. These facilities fully meet the needs of faculty and students for teaching, research, and competition. The training room actively collaborates with enterprises to conduct joint practice projects, offering students greater hands-on opportunities while further promoting the integration of industry, academia, and research.

3. Intelligent Finance Training Lab (C504)
The Intelligent Finance Training Lab is a modern teaching environment integrating advanced information technology with professional tax and finance knowledge. It provides students with a highly realistic simulation platform for practical training, enabling them to practice real-world business processes such as tax filing, tax planning, and financial auditing through simulated case studies. This effectively strengthens their foundational expertise and enhances practical application skills. The lab system includes a rich collection of teaching cases and exercise banks, facilitating classroom instruction and post-class practice, thereby significantly improving students’ ability to handle tax and finance operations.
The lab is equipped with the TaxFriend tax information system software, which replicates the software platforms used by tax authorities and enterprises. It covers all essential systems involved in enterprise operations, including transaction processing, invoicing, certification, tax reporting, and national tax filings, providing students with a hands-on environment for practical tax accounting work.
The lab primarily supports practical teaching for multiple courses related to intelligent tax and finance, including "Practical Tax Agent Work," "Tax Planning," "Tax Accounting," "Excel for Finance," and "Accounting Information Systems," as well as meets the requirements for relevant academic competitions. Designed with group-based learning in mind, the lab is equipped with 60 high-performance computers, three Seewo interactive smart screens, two dedicated printers, and other hardware, supporting multimedia teaching and real-time recording and broadcasting. These resources fully meet the needs of faculty and students for teaching, research, and competition. Through industry-education integration projects, the lab enhances both teachers' and students' tax and finance competencies, undertakes research projects in the tax and finance field, and promotes collaboration among industry, academia, and research.

4. Intelligent Tax and Accounting Agency Center (C505)
The Intelligent Tax and Accounting Agency Center integrates resources from the school, Kingdee Group, and its ecosystem partner Daiyou Technology. It conducts hands-on training in intelligent tax and accounting agency services using real client business data from enterprises, effectively linking internal and external teaching resources with practical projects. The center aims to cultivate students’ practical skills in financial and tax operations. Within the studio, students perform actual business processing according to authentic job responsibilities of finance departments. Jointly formed by enterprises and the school, a faculty team provides guidance and training to enhance students’ professional competence, work ethics, and overall capabilities.
The training lab features an enterprise-style office layout equipped with computers, smart screens, and other office equipment, supported by gigabit network connectivity for seamless internet access, enabling student training, hands-on practice, and real-account processing. The lab is equipped with the "Zhang Xiaobai" Comprehensive Accounting Training System and the "Zhang Wu You" Intelligent Accounting Platform, incorporating real-world business data from enterprises for student training while simultaneously offering financial services to small and micro-enterprises. By establishing an integrated practical teaching model combining "job-specific training," "real-account practice," "on-the-job internships," "skill certification," and "employment placement," the center strengthens experiential education, seamlessly integrating theoretical learning with practical skill development. This ensures full alignment between the entire teaching process and real-world production processes, significantly enhancing students’ practical application abilities and overall competencies.

5. Management Accounting Training Laboratory (C506)
The Management Accounting Training Laboratory is a modern practical teaching platform designed to cultivate high-quality professionals in financial accounting and management. By providing real-world business cases, this lab enables students to integrate theoretical knowledge acquired during their studies with hands-on practice, thereby enhancing their practical skills and innovation capabilities. The development of the training laboratory actively leverages the role of industry enterprises, promotes diversified educational stakeholders and modernized governance structures, and scientifically defines the objectives for cultivating management accounting talent. Through a professional curriculum closely aligned with industrial and innovation chains, it better supports management accounting professionals in handling massive data analysis and complex information screening tasks, significantly improving their adaptability to high-quality economic development.
The laboratory is equipped with various accounting teaching software, including Kingdee Cloud Star Teaching Edition V7.5, the Cloud Star Management Accounting Subsystem, E-Cloud Teaching Management Platform V3.0, EAS Teaching Edition V8.2, the EAS Management Accounting Subsystem, and the Kingdee Group Management Accounting Experimental Platform V1.0. Utilizing intelligent financial software and data analytics tools, the lab cultivates students’ ability to quickly process and integrate diverse financial data. It also modularizes, systematizes, and concretizes core management accounting courses such as strategic budgeting, cost management, capital management, performance management, and group management accounting, incorporating best practices from leading enterprises to strengthen students’ adaptability and innovative practical abilities.

Designed with a team-based approach, it features 60 student computers and three Seewo interactive smart screens, enabling multimedia teaching and real-time recording. 6. Financial Shared Services Training Lab (C508)
The Financial Shared Services Training Lab utilizes a financial shared services training platform, an intelligent finance training platform, and real-world financial accounting systems used by group enterprises to create authentic learning scenarios, experiences, and content centered on "business finance + shared finance." By integrating actual corporate work tasks and incorporating case-based teaching, project-based learning, and group inquiry methods, the lab enhances students' learning engagement and fosters a collaborative, shared-growth learning culture. Through practical scenario-based instruction, students gain hands-on experience with powerful financial shared service platforms, enabling them to develop new-generation accounting transformation capabilities within the campus environment and strengthen their future employability. Built through school-enterprise collaboration, the lab supports the development of intelligent finance curriculum for finance management programs, cultivating students’ application skills in smart finance while building a "co-evolving school-enterprise" innovation team that integrates industry and education. Together, the school and enterprise establish a practice-based teaching base that integrates science, industry, and education.
The Financial Shared Services Training Lab primarily supports courses such as "Intelligent Financial Shared Services," "RPA Robotics," and "Financial Big Data Analysis and Decision-Making." Equipped with 60 student computers, one instructor computer, a smart interactive whiteboard, a projector, and three Seewo smart screens, the lab enables multimedia teaching and real-time recording, fully meeting the needs of faculty and students for teaching, research, and competitions. The lab is suitable for comprehensive training in financial shared center operations, can serve as a venue for teacher professional development, and functions as a productive training base offering enterprises centralized processing of real business operations under unified processes and standards.

The Audit Big Data Training Lab is designed to provide a professional and modern learning environment that enables students to master big data auditing technologies, become familiar with auditing processes and standards, and cultivate innovative and practically skilled auditing professionals. The lab is equipped with various auditing software and big data analytics tools, including audit software, data mining tools, and visualization software. These tools help students understand auditing workflows, acquire data analysis techniques, and improve auditing efficiency. Built through collaboration between the university and enterprises, the lab features advanced hardware such as high-performance computers, large-capacity storage systems, and network infrastructure. These resources ensure efficient and stable big data processing, providing students with an excellent hands-on practice platform. Through platform development, the lab enhances students’ capabilities in data mining, processing, and analysis, focusing on cultivating applied, technically skilled, and interdisciplinary talent. By utilizing practical teaching software for auditing, it integrates foundational knowledge, core theories, and real-world applications, enabling students to grasp business processes of auditing in computerized environments, understand auditing requirements, content, and methods at each stage, deepen their understanding of the auditing process, and become proficient in applying fundamental auditing theories and skills.

Built through collaboration between the university and industry partners, the lab is equipped with advanced software and hardware, including high-performance computers, big data processing platforms, and financial analysis software. 10. AI Intelligent Financial and Tax Agency Center (C401)
The AI Intelligent Financial and Tax Agency Center, jointly established by the School of Accounting and Guangdong Dazhanggui Financial & Tax Management Co., Ltd., was officially inaugurated in October 2025. Centered on real-world business operations and integrating AI technology, it combines teaching, practical training, and agency services into one integrated platform. By incorporating authentic corporate financial data and experienced mentors, the center develops intelligent financial and tax courses and builds an educational framework integrating job roles, curriculum, certifications, and competitions. It not only provides efficient and compliant accounting agency services for small and medium-sized enterprises but also cultivates interdisciplinary talent proficient in both AI and finance-taxation, supporting industry cost reduction and efficiency improvement while enhancing students' practical skills and employability.
