About US

Founded in September 2013, the School of Management, Guangdong Peizheng University offers 8 undergraduate programs, including Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, E-commerce, Logistics Management, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, and Cross-border E-commerce. It also houses the Xinyueshang Management Research Institute of Guangdong Peizheng University.


The school currently has 167 faculty and staff members, including 145 full-time teachers and 22 administrative and support staff. Among the full-time teachers, 28 hold senior professional titles; 142 hold master’s degrees or above, accounting for 98% of the total; more than 50 have overseas (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) study or visiting experience. In recent years, the school has undertaken more than 50 national, provincial and ministerial, and horizontal research projects, published over 300 academic papers, and more than 10 monographs and textbooks.


Business Administration discipline was approved as a Key Cultivation Discipline of Guangdong Province in 2016 and passed the evaluation by the Department of Education of Guangdong Province in 2022. Business Administration program was designated as a Pilot Program for Comprehensive Professional Reform by the Department of Education of Guangdong Province and selected as a Construction Site for First-class Undergraduate Programs of Guangdong Province in 2021. The Marketing teaching team was approved as a construction unit under the Guangdong Provincial Quality Engineering and passed the evaluation in 2021. Marketing program was selected as a Construction Site for First-class Undergraduate Programs of Guangdong Peizheng University and passed the university evaluation in 2024. Management course was awarded First-class Undergraduate Course of Guangdong Peizheng University. The school owns one provincial excellent teaching team, one second prize of provincial excellent case of ideological and political education in undergraduate courses, two provincial "Demonstration Classes of Ideological and Political Education", and one provincial "Modern Industry College". In the past three years, teachers have won 4 first prizes, 7 second prizes and 11 third prizes in various university teaching competitions; two teachers were awarded the title of "Excellent Teacher of Ideological and Political Education in Courses" of Guangdong Peizheng University.


The school has established a sound practical teaching system, with laboratories including Enterprise Digital Intelligence Laboratory, Third-party Human Resource Management Laboratory, ERP Simulation Laboratory, Digital Intelligence Human Resources Comprehensive Laboratory, Catering and Hospitality Management Laboratory, Interdisciplinary Enterprise Management Simulation Laboratory, Intelligent E-commerce Laboratory, Information System Laboratory, E-commerce Operation Simulation Laboratory, Bartending Laboratory, Simulated Guest Room Laboratory, Intelligent Logistics Warehousing Laboratory, and Intelligent Logistics Sorting Laboratory. It has established more than 40 off-campus practice bases. The school has partnered with Baijie Group to establish the Digital Intelligence Trade and Commerce Industry College, mainly serving E-commerce and Logistics Management. With university approval, it has joined hands with the School of Economics and School of Foreign Languages, and cooperated with Guangzhou Airport Talent Service Co., Ltd. to establish the Airport Economy Industry College, supporting Human Resource Management and Cross-border E-commerce. It also participates in the Rural Revitalization Industry College jointly built by the university, Agriculture and Rural Bureau of Huadu District, and Huadu Electronic Chamber of Commerce, supporting Marketing and Business Administration. The school has offered three consecutive sessions of the "Live-stream E-commerce Experimental Class for Rural Revitalization", achieving remarkable results in industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation.


The school has more than 3,400 full-time undergraduate students. The employment rate of graduates has remained above 95% in the past five years, highly praised by employers. Students have excelled in various academic competitions, winning more than 200 provincial and above awards annually. Lin Jianing won the first prize in the main track of the 2021 "Xuechuang Cup" National College Students’ Entrepreneurship Comprehensive Simulation Competition. Zeng Guohuan won the first prize in the final of the 13th "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" National Management Decision Simulation Competition. Xie Songyu won the first prize in the 2nd National ETF Simulation Investment Elite Challenge in 2024. Ma Junxi and other students won the first prize in the national final of the 14th National College Students’ E-commerce "Innovation, Creativity, Entrepreneurship" Challenge in 2024. A number of visionary and innovative entrepreneurs have emerged among graduates: Liu Sencai (Class of 2004) founded Guangzhou Caifu Information Technology Co., Ltd., specializing in talent recruitment. He Junliang (Class of 2005) was awarded "Advanced Individual in College Students’ Entrepreneurship of Guangdong Province, 2010". Su Junwei (Class of 2007) founded Guangdong Lingqi Logistics Co., Ltd., engaged in logistics and transportation. Huang Guanghui (Class of 2007) founded Shenzhen Wenyi Wenyi Advanced Materials R&D Co., Ltd. Li Zhiyan (Class of 2012) won the first prize in the 1st Guangzhou Youth Cultural and Creative Entrepreneurship Competition and attracted 1 million yuan in venture capital.


The School of Management is committed to building itself into a school with outstanding advantages in new business studies, distinctive professional features and coordinated disciplinary development, with high social influence in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and unique characteristics in talent cultivation through industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation. It aims to become an important base for professional talent training and management research for modern service industries and small and medium-sized enterprises in the Greater Bay Area.
